This is the kit version of the Stick Built Doll House. The is a kit for a hobby woodworker that can use miter saws, sanders, and other small power tools. The kit includes complete instructions and all the wood to build the house. The wood comes in 4ft lengths and you cut it to the instructed size. This is not a weekend project.
